5/15   Walk for Ovarian Cancer

Please join us on May 15th for our 2nd annual Karen Mack Memorial Walk for Ovarian Cancer.  The 3K/5K walk will kick off at the new Cortland School at 10:00 a.m.  Please bring your family friends to help support a very worthwhile cause.  Pre-registration forms are due April 30th.  The cost is $35 for immediate family (includes 2 t-shirts), $20 per individual (includes 1 t-shirt) and $12 for additional shirts.  For registration forms call Jessica Lucas @ 815-748-0033 or Dawn McAllister @ 815-748-4300.  Forms can also picked up at Cortland School or Cortland Public Library.  Proceeds will benefit The Ovarian Cancer National Alliance.
