DeKalb High School is partnering with Buffalo Wild Wings for the Home Team Advantage fundraiser. Every time a DeKalb High School student or employee (and whoever is eating with them at the time) purchases a meal at Buffalo Wild Wings, 10% of all foods sales will be donated back to the DeKalb High School Athletic Program. You must present your ID at the time of the purchase. At the end of April, BWW will tally the total amount of sales between Sycamore and DeKalb and whoever has the highest total will receive an additional $500.00. Please support Buffalo Wild Wings and DeKalb High School.
The DHS Eco-Buds will be starting a new project called “My Gift of Music.” We will be collecting any used or outdated iPODs or MP3 players to donate to the DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center as a gift of music to their Alzheimer patients. The music is a great comforter to them and can be a source of peace! If anyone would like to donate, please see Mrs. Happ in the Main Office.
RECYCLE, REUSE, REPURPOSE, REDUCE !!!
DHS Eco-Buds would like any of your old cell phones & used ink cartridges to recycle.
We’d also like any used or outdated disc-man or C.D. players to donate to the S.O.A.L. program.
…and last but not least, please bring all your aluminum cans to the DHS Staff Lounge for crushing & recycling.
